On monday, little sloth has basketball, and today it was my turn to bring her and to pick her up.
Normally I stay in the stair of gymnasium and having some work done while working, and today's reality is really game changing.
Working on a portable computer using a portable phone to connect to the internet and working remotely being able to access the entire world. Discussing with colleagues, clients and suppliers. Some in real time, others with many hours difference, but still.
Every job that does not require face to face client contact is much easy now than it was 20 years ago, however, I feel that people working now have more troubles to commit than before also due to the simplicity in communications.
It is very often that I see this attitude.
- I am not sure, I will send and email to ask.
But when people do that, they include several opinion makers, so it creates even more questions, and things tend to move slowly.
Why not decide what is best? Try to find out?
So guys and gals, working behind a computer is very nice and practical, but we are not mailboxes...
