There is a Portuguese saying "Março Marçagão, de manhã Inverno à tarde Verão", which means... in March mornings is winter and afternoon is summer.
But... damn, I am in Norway... So, the afternoon is still winter.
Today the weather was TERRIBLE.... close to zero degrees snows, meaning water, ice and snow in a terrible combination.
After leaving home, I just wanted to go back to bed.
Let's hope tomorrow things are better.
